Transformation of 340 Adelaide Street, formerly known as Oracle House. A comprehensive overhaul of the 1990s Central Business District office building. This included a ground floor upgrade, new hideout cafe, forecourt and lobby refurbishment, and a new entrance portal. Sid was involved as a Contract administrator working with Quadric to manage administrative and contractual duties of the project.

Given that the building remained occupied during the process, and working in the middle of CBD, meticulous logistics and staging were imperative to ensure that occupants had full access to the building at all times with minimum disruption. Existing concrete columns from the facade were removed to make way for a new steel structure.
